Selectmen’s Minutes
February 28, 2007
Opened: 7:04 p.m.
Present: James Wettlaufer, Christian Petersen, Earl Johnson
Motion 02282007-1: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to accept the minutes of the February 21, 2007 meeting as read, all in favor.
Police Chief Kevin Gleason spoke regarding an anonymous complaint received by him and the Selectmen’s Office and requested that person contact him immediately so he can continue to work on the issue.
Motion 02282007-2: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson to approve moving the dog kennel to the opposite side of the driveway and sharing this space with Brimfield, Brimfield to provide the cost of electricity and water, Holland to provide the labor.
A driveway permit was signed for Lot #2, Mashapaug Road.
Assessment letters have been sent out by Visions. Property owners with questions are to call Visions for an appointment with them at the Holland Town Hall.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 02282007-3: Motion made by James Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 p.m. (by roll call: Johnson: yes, Wettlaufer: yes, Petersen: yes) to convene in Executive Session under M.G.L. Chapter 39, S23B, paragraphs 3 and 5.
